What the plan is actually worth
Add it up and the membership returns at least $739 a year against a $234 cost. The three included services alone come to $690 before a single discount is applied. That is the reason this is built as a plan and not a coupon.
Broken down another way, it is about 64 cents a day. What you are buying is a plumber who already knows your house, your water, and the age of your water heater before anything goes wrong.
The discounts are where it compounds. There is no annual cap, so a member who clears a main line in March and replaces a toilet in October saves on both. The more you use us, the further ahead you end up.
What your Pinnacle Club membership covers
Water Heater Flush
Every year we flush your water heater. That is a $270 service on its own, and most manufacturers want it done annually to keep your warranty intact. Sediment settles in the bottom of the tank, the burner works harder, and the tank fails years early.
Water Testing
We also test your drinking water on site, a $125 service. That covers hardness plus chlorine and chloramine levels — the things most likely to be chewing through your fixtures, your water heater, and your appliances without you noticing.
Home Inspection
Then there is the whole-home plumbing inspection, normally $295. We check your emergency shutoff, the temperature and pressure relief valve, the drain valve, and your venting for code compliance. You get a written checklist afterward, prioritized so you know what genuinely needs attention first.

Do I really need an annual water heater flush?
Most manufacturers require it to keep the warranty valid, and it is the difference between a tank lasting its full service life and failing early. Sediment insulates the bottom of the tank, so the burner runs longer to heat the same water. Flushing removes it.
What happens if I have an emergency at 2 a.m.?

Is the included water test the same as a filtration quote?
No. The membership test tells you what is in your water — hardness, chlorine, chloramine. If the results point to a problem worth solving, we can talk about water filtration separately, with your 5% member discount on equipment.
