Paramount Plumbing Services was founded in 2018 by Robert Abruscati, who has 30 years of experience in the industry. We are a 24-hour full-service plumbing company that works on both residential and commercial properties. Our training and knowledge of the industry is one of the factors that separates us from others. All of our Technicians go through a formal 5-year apprenticeship program and hold a Florida Journeyman’s license. We have become known not only for our highly skilled Technical knowledge but for having a passion in customer service. This is something our customers have come to expect from or CSR answering the phone, to our management team and down to our Techs in the field.

Our story

Robert Abruscati opened Paramount Plumbing Services in February 2018 after 22 years in the field. He had seen how the trade too often treated customers — vague pricing, rushed work, technicians who couldn’t explain what they were doing. He wanted to build the opposite of that.

How we train

Every Paramount technician completes a formal five-year apprenticeship and holds a Florida Journeyman’s license. The person diagnosing your slab leak or repiping your home has been trained to do it properly, not just quickly — a level of investment that’s rare among local plumbing companies.
